had my first productive therapy session in a while. sometimes my therapist will catch me in a rough patch but generally i’m good at avoiding seeing her when that happens. she snagged me at the height of my frustration which actually forced me to talk to her. i haven’t actually spoken to someone like that in a while, conversations with substance are hard to find. i forgot how nice it was.
